If your marriage has reached the stage of “desperately unhappy,” you may not want it to work any longer. You may want out. In this case there is little Fascinating Womanhood can do for you. But, if you still love him and respect him, if you still want your marriage to work, it can, by following the principles taught in FW.

This has been proven by the thousands of women who have applied them, experienced glorious success, and then written their personal testimonies such as those found in the FW book and this web site.

Now, let’s go a step further: As the years go by, when you and your husband have gone through the difficulties and challenges of life, so common to us all, if you will hold fast to the principles of Fascinating Womanhood your marriage will become refined and purified until it becomes far greater than the top of this rating chart.

When a marriage has withstood the tests of time and circumstance there is a divinity about it. The deep feelings between the man and the woman are difficult to describe. When I consider this I think of the bible scripture: Eye hath not seen nor ear heard nor entered into the heart of man the things that God has prepared for them that serve him. And so it is with marriage. It is difficult to describe the holy, time earned feelings between them. Love in early marriage is precious but the tests of time ennoble it. I believe that the true love between a man and a woman is the closest thing to the love of God there is.

News:

After an eight-month leave of absence I am in better health and have a better perspective of things, not only of my own life but the world of Fascinating Womanhood. My son, Brain is working on things behind the scenes. I will be writing and managing this web site, at least for the time being. We have the following to announce:

Fascinating Womanhood Classes:

The FW teaching program will have a few new features. When you apply to teach a FW class or conduct a study group, we will ask you to fill out a Teacher Application Form, with a recent photo of yourself attached. Although this is not a binding obligation, especially if you teach for a church, it will give us an overview of what is taking place in that area. The historian that has been interviewing me has found the Teacher Application Forms of the 70s and 80s of tremendous value in what took place during that time, both in the nation and foreign counties.

Teaching materials will be available. The Student Workbook will be available January 1. The Teacher’s Lesson Guide will be available about the same time. The large Angela-Human chart will also be available. The Scriptural Review of FW is already available. See Bookshelf for description. When you apply we will send you the new Teacher’s Order Form that lists these materials.

There is a tremendous need for FW teachers. Since so many women are working they find it difficult to find time to teach. This makes a terrible shortage of teachers. We hope and pray that this need will be filled, in one way or another. Qualifications necessary to be a good teacher are: 1) A conviction of the subject. 2) Success in living it. 3) A well prepared lesson. Teaching a FW class is a wonderful experience - to see women’s lives change for the better. Some come into the classes with desperation written on their faces. As they gain new knowledge they gain new hope and their expressions change to an inner radiance.

Allies:

If you do not have time to be a Fascinating Womanhood teacher but still want to help, you may want to become a Fascinating Womanhood ally. To do this, write to the FW office and request an Ally Application Form. If you qualify we will send you an ID card with your name on it, put your name on a list of allies and keep in touch with you on the internet. There are many ways you can be of tremendous help to this program, such as telling other women about it, giving talks, book reviews or helping us launch a national Womanhood Day (will explain later). Or we may need you to do something specific or us in your area. By doing this we will be networking together, a wonderful way to reach high objectives.

Bulletin Board:

The Bulletin Board is being added to this web site. If you would like a pen-pal or an email-pal, send us you name and email address and we will put them on the Bulletin Board. We will leave it on for one month, unless you write to request it be on longer. Or, if you would like to announce your forthcoming class, or call attention to a certain national event, TV show or magazine article, or anything you think would be of value to our readers, direct it to our Bulletin Board.

Discussions:

We have had many requests for the return of the FW Discussions, such as we had a few years ago. You are all invited to contribute. If the Discussions are not online by the time you read this they will be soon, so watch for them.

And last, I am considering giving you a weekly assignment on this web site, for your benefit, to inspire you to keep living Fascinating Womanhood more fully and more consistently. I invite your reaction to this idea.
